NOTICE: WE HAVE PURCHASED MORE OF THE "REMARKABLE" ORCHID COLLECTION from Renee and Marvin Gerber. Those listed are one-of-a-kind plants and awarded plants. We are thrilled to have been able to make these acquisitions. Some plants have been reserved for our collection for show use and for hybridizing potential. Altogether these numbered over 400 plants, but the list is shorter due to sales.

We are constantly upgrading are stock and adding photos in the sales area and on this website. A review of our stock shows we now feature 43 Cattleya species or species varieties! We also have 42 Dendrobium species.

We attend many orchid functions each year. These may be American Orchid Society (AOS) committee meetings, International Phalaenopsis Alliance (IPA) meetings and symposiums, Southwest Regional Orchid Growers Association Events (SWROGA), Mid-America Orchid Congress Events, local society meetings, local orchid shows, or other shows or festivals. We are usually at the Houston Orchid Society and the Houston Judging Center meetings. We usually exhibit, judge and sell our favorite plants - ORCHIDS. Recently we participated in the following

Our most recent awards are shown below. The Dtps. Chian Xen Magpie was given to us by Tom Harper when he visited in February, hence the clonal name. The little striped Dendrobium was purchased in Taiwan in 2006 and awarded at the Houston Judging Center. The Dtps. Maui Galaxy was in a group of seedlings we bought recently - more are available for your purchase. Paph. Vert 'Sandy Stubbings was awarded at the Alamo O.S. Show. Phrag. Bel Croute 'Clown Alley' is our first award to that genera. It was also in the Alamo Show but was awarded at the Alamo Judging Center the next day. Paph. Onyx 'Sandy' was awarded at the AOS Judging Seminar held in Marshall, TX. We purchased Phalaenopsis Formosa Dream at the World Orchid Conference in Miami last year. We have Phal. lobbii species available in bloom and have crossed Formosa Dream with it.

• We judged, exhibited and sold at the Houston Orchid Society Show in Houston, TX April 16-18, 2010. Received one AOS award (see above) and trophies for best grown Cypripedium alliance and best grown plant in the show to our Phrag. Bel Croute 'Clown Alley'
• We judged, exhibited and sold at the American Orchid Society and SWROGA Show in Oklahoma City, OK April 28- May 2, 2010. Many ribbons and a trophy to our Banana Split 'Clown Alley'
• We had our article AOS Judging a Short History published in the AOS Orchids Magazine in the April 2010 issue.
• We had our fourth sale and lecture for 2010 on May 8. All plants and supplies 10 % off
• We judged, exhibited and sold at the Memphis Orchid Society Show in Memphis, TN May 14-16, 2010
• We judged, exhibited and sold at the New Orleans Orchid Society Show in Metairie, LA June 4-6, 2010
